

Important updates for our booking and client portal process
As of February 8th, 2026, Chrysalis Massage Clinic will be switching our online booking portals over from Acuity to Jane App. This process aims to be more user-friendly, improving the online experience for all of our clients. These changes upgrade the way you book online, receive appointment reminders, track past and future appointments, and allow ease in making changes to your appointments.

All clients will be prompted to create a new login and profile with the Jane App
- If you have future appointments already booked, a welcome email has been sent to the email address we had saved on file. You will simply need to create a password using the link provided to your email and view all of your appointments from there.
- Your profile will allow you to view past and future appointments, cancel or reschedule, and book multiple appointments at once.

All clients will be prompted to fill out a new intake form. Your new intake form will be saved to your profile for one year before you are prompted to provide an updated form.

As always, an active debit or credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Your card will be saved to your profile for future booking, but will not be charged until after your appointment. Cash and check payments at the time of the appointment are still welcome. Inform your therapist how you would like to pay at the end of your session.

Rates & Scheduling Appointments
Chrysalis Massage Clinic accepts both Health Insurance and MVA Insurance for massage.
Coverage varies based on individual plans. All first-time insurance-covered sessions must be pre-approved and booked directly through the office before booking consistently online. If you do not see your insurance listed when booking an appointment, we are happy to check in on any potential benefits you may have.

If your coverage has already been pre-approved, please select the appropriate appointment labeled as "Health or MVA Insurance"
The following prices reflect a discount given for payment received by card, cash, or check prior to or at the time of your appointment.

Time of Service Discount
60 Minute Session - $85.00
90 Minute Session - $115.00
120 Minute Session - $150.00
Senior/Veterans Discount
60 Minute Session - $75.00
90 Minute Session - $105.00
120 Minute Session - $140.00
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, in order to receive a full refund, cancellations need to happen 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. You are able to make changes to your appointment by logging into your Jane App portal on our booking page, by checking your confirmation emails, or by phone with the office. Office hours where phone lines are available are limited. Making a last-minute change to your appointment is best done by using your personal account portal or confirmation email.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, there will be a Late Cancellation Fee applied. This fee is as follows: $50.00 for a 60-minute session, $70 for a 90-minute session, and $80.00 for a 120-minute session. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of the therapist's time and schedule.
Full Rates
Our current rate is $50.00 per unit for massage therapy.
