Insurance Coverage for Appointments
Please read carefully below to be sure you are booking the correct appointment based on your insurance coverage and copay. Clients are responsible for tracking their individual use of benefits and deductibles. Ashland School District HMA Insurance Clients
Clients covered by Ashland School District HMA Insurance are allotted 12 massages per year as of 2025. The co-pay for each session is $20.00. Please bring your insurance card as well as ID. Please be prepared to show up 10 minutes early to your first appointment for ample time to have a thorough intake process. Ashland Food Co-Op HMA Insurance Clients

Clients covered by Ashland Food Co-Op HMA Insurance have individual rates and coverage. Clients will have an individual deductible that needs to be met before they are able to receive insurance coverage. We suggest contacting your insurance provider before booking to gain a better understanding of the individual deductible and benefits. Once each client has met their individual deductible they are eligible for up to 80% coverage of their appointments. Clients are responsible for any remaining payments that are not covered by their insurance and will be billed accordingly. If you have questions, call the office before booking.

REGENCE BCBS
This appointment must be booked over the phone or through our contact page with the office directly.
We are now happily working with clients covered by REGENCE Bluecross Blueshield. At this time Regence BCBS will only allow coverage for 60 minute appointments. If you wish to add extra time to your appointment, there are options for a small fee in addition to your copay. Clients who wish to utilize their insurance will have individual rates and coverage depending on which plan they participate in.
In order to book an appointment using BCBS, please call the office with your insurance information ready. Our office will then check in on your benefits prior to booking you an appointment. Once benefits are confirmed and communicated, we will move forward with the booking process.

If you do not see any appointment available within your schedule, please call the office and check in on any
therapist flexibility or with any other questions regarding insurance coverage.*
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, in order to receive a full refund cancellations need to happen 24hrs in advance of the appointment time. You are able to make changes to your appointment via your initial confirmation email, or by phone with the office. Keep in mind our office hours are minimal to reach management by phone. Check our hours of availability on our contact page, and if you are unable to reach the office during an appropriate time frame to make changes to your appointment please refer to your initial confirmation email, where you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Making a last minute change to your appointment is best done by your confirmation email in order to avoid late fees before calling the office to follow up.
If cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointment there will be a Late Cancellation Fee applied. This fee is as follows - $50.00 for a 60 minute session - $70 for a 90 minute session - $80.00 for a 120 minute session. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of the therapist's time and schedule.
